NAME	Yes	Displayed in header and footer. Used in SEO and RSS.
EMAIL	Yes	Displayed in contact section.
NUM_POSTS	Yes	Limit num of posts on home page.

NUM_PROJECTS	Yes	Limit num of projects on home page.
